Pastoral Support

The Pastoral Support role is provided to work with students, staff and parents to make a positive impact, help students overcome barriers to education success: to mentor students who are underachieving: to fully investigate incident/issues/concerns, To monitor students punctuality and attendance, taking any necessary measures to improve attendance and punctuality. They will play a very important part in the creation of a positive ethos and in fostering productive home-academy links.
