Welcome to Saint Martin's Catholic Academy
Saint Martin's situated in the historic and beautiful Leicestershire village of Stoke Golding. We were founded by the Dominican’s over sixty years ago and we continue our commitment to providing an outstanding education founded upon a strong Christian ethos and a traditional Liberal Arts Education for all pupils.
Saint Martin's has a long tradition of providing the local community of Stoke Golding, Hinckley, Earl Shilton and beyond.
Our mission at Saint Martin’s is for to pupils to learn ‘The best that has been thought and said’ (Matthew Arnold) and to know they are loved “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another” (John 13:34), combining our mission to educate children both in mind and heart.
Our aim is to provide children, from all abilities and backgrounds, with an ambitiously academic curriculum where all succeed through excellent teaching, uncompromising standards of behaviour and relentless care.
We very much look forward to our new year in September 2017 when we will be a school of over 660 pupils for the first time in our history. I would like to thank all our staff members for their wonderful dedication and commitment, our parents and carers for their support in educating our children, and finally for our charming pupils who are such a credit to all.
